- Carry out keyword research to support new client pitches and existing client SEM campaigns- Conduct on-site and off-site SEO competitor analysis- Help to execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies (including link building) for a range of clients in a host of industries- Complete weekly and monthly performance reports using programs such as Google Analytics- Conduct on-site and off-site SEO audits for client sites on a monthly basis- Help to contribute to the company blog and other external communications- Guide the content team to produce SEO-friendly content- Keep up to date with the latest SEM technology, SEO updates and industry changes

• Promptly assist customers in deposit base portfolio with all their account maintenance requirements such as change of signatures and instructions, stop payment instructions, TDR bookings and encashment, bank statements and balance enquiries
• Adhere to operational and legislative compliance of KYC, Due Diligence, Accounts Debit Blocks and Hajj documentation processes, coordinate internal audits, external audits and State Bank of Pakistan inspections
• Perform administrative support and control functions on Foreign Exchange Transactions, CIF Amendments, Real Time Gross Settlement Payments, IFTT, OFTT, SWIFT Payments and R Form External Payment Settlements
• Ensure that the correct processes are followed during the opening of accounts, account maintenance, dispatch of documentation and account closures, control, secure and manage all assets, such as WCO, cheque books, WIZ Cards, safety and security lockers and ATMs
• Effectively manage floor time, scorecards, wave sphere token time, retail operations dashboard, exceptions resolution and ATM vestibule, and conduct thorough branch checks.
• Supervise the cashiers transactions and ensure that these are business generated and legally compliant
• Instil an awareness of service quality and service pledge maintenance throughout the operation to retain deposits and attain new business.
